Rajendra Mehta establishes Mehta Estates in Sikanderpur, Gurugram — starting with a single conviction that premium property deserved premium guidance.

2003

New Launch Era

Expanded into the New Launch segment, building early relationships with Gurugram's emerging luxury developers as the city started finding its identity.

2004

Galleria Market — Peak Performance

Moved to Galleria Market, DLF Phase IV. Became one of Gurugram's top-performing brokerages — trusted by all major builders of the era.

Incorporated as Pvt. Ltd.

Formally incorporated as Mehta Propmart Pvt. Ltd. A new name that reflected the scale and ambition of the business.
